What we collect

When you sign in at an open house through ShowMate, we collect the name, email, and phone number you provide, whether you indicated you're working with an agent, and any feedback you tap on room cards during your visit.

How we use it

• To provide the listing experience and a listing recap. ShowMate does not currently send SMS messages or request SMS consent.
• To give the hosting agent your contact information and feedback, so they can follow up with you about the property.
• We do not sell your information to third parties.
• We do not use your information for advertising.

Who sees it

The real estate agent hosting the open house you signed in at can see your name, email, phone number, and feedback. ShowMate's operators can access sign-in data to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

How long we keep it

Our proposed operational retention period is 24 months after sign-in, unless the listing agent deletes it sooner or a longer period is required to resolve a security, billing, or legal issue. The business owner must approve the final period.

Your choices

You can ask the agent or ShowMate directly to delete your information at any time by contacting cierolink@gmail.com.
